When we first show up to your door the first thing we do is look at all the stains so I can get of idea on what to use for stain removal; the next step is to vacuum your carpet to make sure to all the loose dirt and grime out of your carpet is gone, the second step that we do  is we pre-spray which breaks down dirt and stains in your carpet, then step three we go in there with our carpet cleaner machine and we then proceed to get rid of the dirt and stains out of your carpet to make it look brand new.
